Returns

Do you want to return items from your order? Please fill out the return form below. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Products should be returned within 5 days after receiving a RMA number.
  • Products should not be used
  • A copy of the RMA sheet and invoice should be added to the returning shipment.
  • The product should be in its original packing, without having notes, damages and/or other types of tape. We only accept packages with transparent tape.
  • For incorrect ordering, we’ll charge 20% restocking fee.
  • When these conditions do not apply, the returning shipment wont be accepted and returned to you.
